Sales person refused to take my call to finish out deal delaying the necessary purchase of a vehicle. In the three attempts to call one call was never returned and the other two were outright lies from two other sales people which stated that sales person had not shown up that when I had just spoken with him that morning and made arrangements to contact him that afternoon. If they will lie about a sales person's presence then it isn't a far stretch to imagine what else they may lie about.

Great people, great service, honest and likable (sometimes hard to find in the used car biz). Got a good deal and didn't have to spend too much time at the dealership thanks to a very helpful new website, I even shopped their whole Louisville used car inventory page page before going to the dealership in person. I highly recommend The Kia Store.
