I recently moved to Louisville from Detroit and decided to take advantage of a Groupon to try some kickboxing. I have always wanted to tryout kickboxing but just have never found time to commit to it.

This gym was more than I could ever ask for. The instructors are extremely supportive and friendly. They encourage you and help ensure you are using to correct techniques so you don't injure yourself. There is a HUGE sense of community, which has been great since moving to a new area. They try and engage you so that you feel comfortable while working out. I would HIGHLY recommend checking this place out!

I would recommend ILoveKickboxing to everyone! The people are amazing and so motivating and always have a smile on their face. You make so many friends! They make the workout fun and you WANT to keep coming back. I officially replaced my boring gym membership with an ILKB membership! I get so much more, mentally and physically, from my ILKB FitFam!

I go to the Lexington, KY, gym and it's great! Lots of exercise at a great pace. Everyone has a good attitude and does their best- it's not pushy, which is an added bonus!

I started ILKB on the first day they opened in Florence KY! (November 16th). I’ve been coming to class 4/5 days a week and let me tell ya! This place is the answer to my prayers! I’ve already lost 13lbs and lost inches!! I’m feeling confident and it’s an amazing way to workout. Not some boring “I have to go to the gym :(“ it’s “ I HAVE KICKBOXING IN TMINUS 2 HOURS!!!” I love this company and the amazing instructors. It’s like having a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of an actual personal trainer! And with a membership you can come whenever you want! Highly recommend this if you want an intense workout but having fun doing it! AND god forbid you ever need to actually use the kickboxing techniques that they teach you in a real life situation you’re covered!

I absolutely love this place! Awesome workout, great energy from the instructors, and definitely builds up self esteem! Very challenging, but even more rewarding! I definitely recommend for both mental and physical stress relievers!

If I didn't have so much on my plate right now I would be in there just about every day! SO FUN!!!!!
