I find it very difficult to get callbacks from this practice. Their physicians' assistants don't return messages and it seems impossible to get a message to a doctor. Furthermore they aren't the most cordial people i've met.

I do feel like the physician I see is competent, he just doesn't seem to feel the urge to run his practice with any regard for customer service.

This practice has terrible customer service. Their medical assistants specifically Theresa.,do not return calls or follow up with their patients. Dr Wijangco retired in 12/14 and I was told personally by her that I would have a physician in their office. Today, 1/25 received a letter from them saying find another doctor elsewhere!!!I This is after 20 years of being a patient. I agree with the previous reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!!!!

I'm very disappointed. After ...

I'm very disappointed. After being a patient here since 2007, I have to leave a bad review. Any time I try to get ahold of my doctor, it is difficult to get any response back. I have left 2 messages this week to her assistant (because you cannot leave messages to the doctor her/his self) and have received no call back. She's out of the country as I found out this morning whenever I called the office desperately looking for a prescription. Since she's out of office I asked if any other doctor in the office would be able to call me in a prescription - my puppy has worms and was licking all over my face, the vet said I would get them too. How difficult would that be to call in a prescription? I'm a patient of this practice. Whenever the lady came back onto the phone she said she could get me an appointment, with a doctor .. tomorrow... After desperately calling for 3 days as I do not want to get worms, I have been told NO call in for a prescription (that is not a controlled substance!) and I will have to wait ANOTHER day to see a completely different doctor. Ridiculous. IF you need to talk to your doctor - don't come here. They're horrible about calling back.... This is NOT the first experience I've had with not getting callbacks, this is just the last straw. I will be looking for a new general practitioner.

Exceptional Care

I have been a patient with The Greater Louisville Internal Medicine gang for 20+

years and have had nothing but the best of Doctors and care. Even if they are all booked up they will try and fit you in. If not they will set up an appointment. If a spot opens up they will call with the new time and date. All the staff are very good at what they do.

For Dr Sal..It was great being a patient of yours. You always asked about the family and always had a smile. You were like family.

In my opinion this is the best bunch of Doctors in the Louisville area.

If you need a good Doctor Greater Louisville Internal Medicine is the right place to call
