L. Bishop Austin & Associates

The worst. I hired Bishop Austin as my attorney to help resolve matters with my estate. He was supposed to devise a Trust on behalf of my and my grandmother . Imy grandmother is ill and living in assisted living. I gave him $1400 to start. I met with him several times over the course of 6 months. He never completed the Trust. I was pregnant at the time I hired him. I had to take a break from meeting with him for about a month because I subsequently My baby and was on disability. He was supposed to finish the trust after I recovered . Instead when I called him to let him know I wanted to meet with him and complete the Trust he gave me the run around. He met with me one more time to finalize the document. Then sent me a finalized document for someone elses Trust ? Wtf? ? I shouldn't be reading anybody else personal info. I emailed him back to let him know .....After that I never heard from him again. I kept calling begging his assistant to give him my messages. She assured me she would. Then it came to the point where I was requesting for anyone in the office to help me. They refused. I was never given an explanation of why he discontinued his service. Never given my money back. To this day he still has personal and financial documentation for me and grandmother that he shouldn't still have if he's not surviving my case! It's criminal what he's doing. I'm filing a complaint with the bar. I have another friend who is using him in a divorce case and She says he doesn't do anything and he's no good but she feels obligated to stay in the fight with him because she's always being told by him that the matter is almost resolved. Her care has been going on for years. He came at the recommendation of friends and family so it's really baffling that he would actually do this or should I say DISAPPEAR! He's horrible. I'm so disappointed in him. What a terrible attorney. This review is going up every and anywhere I can put it. The public needs to know you're a scam .
