Overall

One of the worst experiences I have Ever Had. They say that "Customer Satisfaction is their Number One Priority" That is SO Untrue. I have had better Customer Service from a Restroom Attendant at the Flea Market.

It has been almost 30 days since they came out to look at my dishwasher. Since then i have called 5 times and each time i was told the part was on order and they would be out in 3-5 days to make the repair. The days passed by and no one ever called or came out. Finally I reached the Owner Tony. Tony portrayed NO understanding or respect towards me (the customer) and almost immediately blamed me and his staff for them not communicating to him (excuse after excuse) He then promised me on 2 separate occasions he would call me back the next day. He never did and when I called back they said he left for the day. Another day goes by and still no call, so i once again called them, waited on hold for Tony when i finally reached him and asked why he did not call me back he said he was out of the office and did not want to get into the situation again. He would not provide me with an answer on the status of my repair and he then proceeded to hang up on me (WOW - Customer Satisfaction is their Number One Priority??????)

Long story short, My dishwasher is still NOT repaired, and he confirmed that he did not send any information into Samsung until yesterday. So it took many phone calls to Class Appliance and Samsung and almost 30 Days to have Tony and/or his Employees send anything to Samsung to have my Dishwasher repaired.

How long should a Customer wait to have their Appliance Repaired? In my opinion if you use this Class Appliance Center where Customer Satisfaction is NOT their Number One Priority you many have to wait 30 days or long if they fix it at all. Never mind would they fix it correctly.

Samsung has been a pleasure to work with on this issue and in my opinion, Samsung is doing everything they can to help me resolve this issue.

I called here today to ask a question about cleaning the compressor ( fridge was making a noise) off from dust and animal hair that has clogged up the vents. The gentleman was very courteous and told me how to do it safely. He could have easily told me I needed a repair job, but didn't. I plugged my fridge back in and good to go. Thank you for your honesty!

These guys are crooks

Had them come out for my moms fridge and this little slow kid named Zack showed up. He could barely pull the frige out and during his diagnosis just stared alot luckily he had the ice macker needed. Unfortunately, I had to clean the inside of my freezer from the dirt mark he left in there

We had a burner go out on our LG stove and we thought since they would be coming for that, we could have them look at our refrigerator that was making noises. They had serviced our stove previously and had all of our model information ahead of time. I called to schedule and it took them a week to be able to come out for a service call. Not sure why it was called a "service" call since they performed no service. The guy could not speak English. He struggled looking at the stove and as far as the refrigerator was concerned, my husband had to show him how to take it apart and find the part that needed replaced (defrost timer). It was after 5pm when he got there, so even though he said he had the part for the fridge on the truck, he couldn't replace it because he didn't know how much it cost and there was no one at the store that could tell him how much to charge. And I don't expect them to have every part for every appliance, but they knew what burner was out and had our model information and had a week before someone could come out, but they were not prepared. So we paid $139 for a service call for both appliances and rec'd NO SERVICE. When they called me the next day for repair quotes, I about fell over. I knew a burner would not be cheap, but their labor rates are RIDICULOUS! The part for the refrigerator was $55 and they wanted to charge another $150 to replace the part less the $60 we paid for the service call. To fix the refrigerator, all you had to do was take out 3 screws, pull the cover down, take the one part out, put the new one in and close it back up. It took my husband all of 5 minutes. I asked them how that could possibly cost $150 and they couldn't explain. We only ordered the part through them. The stove repair cost was a total of $270 less the service call fee of $79. So we waited a week for them to come out for a service call and then another week for the parts to come in or PART to come in. They had the stove burner come in and wanted to setup the time for the repair and when I asked them about the part for the refrigerator, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and had to call me back. Oh, that part would be in the next day (or they never ordered it to begin with, thinking we would forget about it since we weren't going to pay them an extra $150 for 5 minutes of work to install it). So i stressed to them the importance of having the appt early in the day as I work all day and my husband was only going to be home during the morning hours. They didn't seem to care about that either as they scheduled the appt between 1pm and 4pm. The repair guy showed up and it took him all of 20 minutes to replace the burner on the stove and it took my husband 5 minutes to replace the part on the fridge and we paid almost $400 for this! Was ridiculous and the only reason we used them to begin with was because they are an authorized LG appliance repair shop. UGH, never again!
