I have never in my life had a more degrading experience in a medical professional setting. I called the day before my set appointment to make sure I was clear on my procedure and what to expect.

Of course you go through the whole explanation on the phone - why you are calling. The person on the phone had different information than what I had.

She was very curt, put me on hold to go pull my chart and find out the exact nature of my visit for the following day. She never came back. I called back. I had to go through it all over again. No apologies, no customer service, just attitude. But I did get the information for which I called.

Saturday - my day off and I was ready with medication and all the after care supplies for this rather lengthy 3 hour visit.

I made arrangements to take a light sedative before hand. When I checked in I asked the young lady (same as the phone person the day before), if they would be timely so I could know when to take my meds right then or if there would be a wait and take them a little later.

I was chastised and told I was only having an impression - didn't need medication. I said there was a misunderstanding and that I had confirmed this procedure the day before.

Well it all went downhill from there. I needed to be sure we were all on the same page before they started tearing into my mouth. So I asked again what was in my chart.

The level of rudeness the lack of privacy, the verbal degrading was unbelievable. Openly arguing with me, talking about my private information in front of other patients, went in back to talk about me to other staff. She actually acted like there was something mentally wrong with her. She really was that out of control.

My son refused to allow me to go through with this serious dental procedure at that location. The high school clique impression of these chicas working there could, if they wanted, have been dangerous to my health.

Our trust for this place was gone.

I spoke with the Doctor (very nice man), about it all and apologized but could not would not go through with this, now having such little trust in his staff - the ones who would actually be doing most of the work.

I feel bad for the doctor but this woman was horrible - many google reviews with the same complaint about the staff.

Really think about spending your money, your time and your dental health in an office with so many complaints about the same level of lack of compassion care, the rudeness and lack of respect.
