Pints & Quarts Gastro Pub

We were at Pints and Quarts Saturday night .. loved the ambiance and great food. They are really busy on saturdays with a live band service is very slow. The food was amazing and the bartender was very helpful. He ended up helping us I had to get up to refill my own drink twice. We had a young server she was too busy giving free beer to her friends next to us to refill our drinks or pay attention to what we needed . Jazzy was her name tag. We over heard her conversation about shes the bar manager and been there forever so not to worry about it to her friends , well bar managers shouldnt be giving free drinks away . Im sure the owner isnt aware of this.
Her attitude wasnt very becoming either when my wife asked her to refill the drinks she said shed get right on it to never return. When she came back around 15 minutes later i had already beat her to it she didnt even apologize she said "we are really busy as you can see" well , thats not an apology.
Other then that, we had great food Hopefully better service if we come again.
