I was greeted immediately as i was in the lot and Keith made the experience as quick and easy as it possibly could be. I got a great deal and couldnt pass it up. I will definitely be back in the future.

Was formerly and timely greeted upon arrival by Russ, I informed him that I was looking to buy my first car. He then asked my price range and what I was interested in, and right away told me of a perfect deal that fit my price range and discriptipn of what I was looking for. We then test drove the Hyundai Elantra, I immediately fell in love with the car and Russ informed me of more details of the car. We then Proceeded to fill out paper work.

It went very smoothly. Mr. Kim was very efficient at gathering the information he needed and helping the process go quickly. He explained everything about the car that I needed to know.

Came in to see Jeff Wagner who had helped me a couple years ago. The process of purchasing a new Santa fe 2.0T ultimate awd for my elderly father was easy, they negotiated a great deal with us. Jeff is so pleasant to work with no pressure. The other staff members we came across were great as well. Thanks again Jeff for taking such good care of us :)

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME BUYING A NEW CAR. I HAVE GONE INTO SEVERAL DEALERSHIPS OVER THE YEARS JUST TO LOOK AND FELT LIKE I WAS SURROUNDED BY SHARKS ,HYUNDAI OF KIRKLAND IS NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL! I WONDERED AROUND THE LOT ON MY OWN AND WHEN I WAS READY TO ASK QUESTIONS I MET JEFF WAGNER HE IS FRIENDLY , AND KNOWS HIS ELANTRA'S . THE CAR I WAS INTERESTED IN WAS SOLD , JEFF LINED UP 3 OTHERS FOR MY INSPECTION ON MY SECOND VISIT I FOUND MY LOADED ELANTRA LIMITED , AND WE WORKED OUT A VERY GOOD PRICE .JEFF ACTUALLY BOUGHT ME DINNER !I HAD TO PICK UP MY CAR THE NEXT DAY AS I HAVE NOT MASTERED DRIVING TWO YET , STEVE CORN WAS KIND ENOUGH TO PICK ME UP AT HOME IN EVERETT.WHEN I PICKED UP THE CAR THE WINDOWS WERE KIND OF HAZEY ,I CAME BACK AND TOLD JEFF HE LOOKED, APOLOGIZED AND WENT OUT AND BOUGHT GLASS CLEANER AND PERSONALLY WASHED THE WINDOWS FOR ME ! I AM PROUD OF MY FIRST NEW CAR AND HAPPY THAT I CHOSE HYUNDAI OF KIRKLAND . AT LEAST TWO OF MY COWORKERS ARE HEADING YOUR WAY , BEST WISHES

Our experience at Hyundai of Kirkland was great. We saw an ad for 2015 Sonata Hybrid in the local paper and went to the dealership to take a look. The salesperson was David Park. He was very courteous and helpful.After the test drive, we decided to purchase the vehicle. David gave us the price in the advertisement, without any of the usual hassling at all. We're very pleasantly surprised.

Harry found the perfect new car for us and helped make the entire experience as painless as possible. We thought we wanted an Elantra, but Harry really listened to what we said we wanted in a new car & then gently steered us to a beautiful Sonata Hybrid that meets our needs better than an Elantra would have done. Harry came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly when we actually purchased the car (the day after we drove it). Harry is the best car salesman ever in our experience! Scott was good at managing the paperwork and also helped make the car buying experience a pleasant one.

Harry greeted use upond our arrival. We informed him we were on a time frame, and he worked with us promptly. We told him what we were looking for, and also we had a trade in. We were able to test drive the vehicle and he answered all questions. He also worked with us on the value of our trade in and w all came to an agreement. His customer service was excellent. Since then his follow up has been great.

Overall I had an excellent experience. I reside in Nevada. Your price on the Hyundai Accent GLS I purchased was the lowest I could find in the Western U.S.!Catherine Lee went out of her way to help me. No gimmicks, etc. I asked for a reasonable out the door price & she delivered. Doc fees, etc were reasonable. I understand you have to make some Money such as the $199 for the vehicle V.I.N./ security etching. I would highly recommend Hyundai of Kirkland to anyone who wants to save money. Your HOK bonus rebate is outstanding!I would highly recommend Catherine Lee to anyone wanting to purchase a Hyundai through an Internet sale. She was exceptional to deal with. Thanks. Jim Wilkinson
