Eco - Green Carpet Cleaning

Called Richard at about 8:30am and talked with him about cleaning my carpet. Extremely friendly and informative in answering my questions. He stated that he was available to do the cleaning job at that very moment and although it was an early morning unexpected call for him he arrived at my apartment in easily under an hour from Johnstown to Loveland. Richard came to my door and cheerfully introduced himself to me and came in and looked the carpet over. Once he saw what needed to be done to clean the carpet he moved what furniture still needing to be moved and then vacuumed the carpet before spraying the presoaker chemicals onto the carpet. He politely asked if it would be alright to obtain the needed water from my bathtub faucet and made the necessary preparations for using his commercial carpet cleaning machine. As Richard was cleaning the carpet paying close attention to how well the machine was cleaning the carpet we enjoyed good conversation together and kept me informed as to his progress. In about an hour to hour and half Richard had finished cleaning the carpet which looked almost brand new although in reality it is close to 20 years old. After Richard had finished putting his equipment away he then presented me with his request for Payment voucher, although I had offered to pay him before doing the work he told me at that time thank you but we will wait till after the job is finished before accepting payment. Thank you Richard for being so professional and courties in performing this work and as I mentioned to you, I will call you in 6 months to come clean it once again.

These guys are just amazing! . Carlos left my carpets super clean and drying time was excellent. They did not not over charge or try to up sale, I did get some extras like the Green guard plant based protectant similar to scotch guard. Look for the green Van you'll know good work it's about to be done !
