        I’ve been to several optical stores for years now but my best all-around experience is at Cohen’s Journal Square. The staff is friendly, attentive and informative; they make you feel comfortable and at ease. Erika went out of her way to help me, she was patient and accommodating. She even stepped out under the sun to effect the lens transitioning. When I was “confused” about choosing frames due to the tempting selections, she asked the rest of the staff (including the manager), to vote for their pick. It was fun, considering I just met them. Erika always has a welcoming smile for everyone who comes in. On my follow-up visits, she continued to treat me like I was special. Dr Solis is a very knowledgeable and caring professional; down-to-earth and approachable. I got an excellent deal/service that for the first time, I was inspired to write my appreciation online. A big THANK YOU to Erika, Dr Solis and the caring staff of Cohen’s JSQ. You’re all awesome! Count me as one of your loyalists!

        I have been going to this Cohen"s for years to get my eyes examined and then buy my glasses and contact lenses. They are so thorough, so helpful and when it comes to choosing frames they are really good at finding just the right thing.

        This is a tremendous place. Dr. O'Kane and Techinician Jorge Torres were extremely busy but when I entered the store after a short wait, they spent well over an hour with me... and probably more. Extensive testing and great friendly conversation. I am now 71 and never got glasses or contacts since I lost them over 18 years ago. I though I was seeing well but I see MUCH more now and MORE clearly.. I hadn't known what I was missing. And besides great service I had purchased contacts, transitional bifocals and they gave me reading glasses.... I couldn't believe it. It is like being blind and seeing again and I never knew it could be so great. No hassle... I was guided and it was me who decided what to purchase. I am very HAPPY.. ten stars and ten diamonds. * * * * * * * * * *<> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <>. They are at Journal Square and if you don't live here, it is worth the trip for GREAT SERVICE. Near PATH.
