        strict but good care

        Multiple doctors / PAs. If you find someone you like, you can request them. Willing to work with a payment plan, but if you can't pay, you won't be seen. They offer injections and massage for pain relief. The pain contract is strictly adhered to, and urinalysis is standard. If you're doing what you're supposed to and can afford you're copay you're good.
