So grateful for Dr. Lori Marshall, her nurse, and the staff at Premier Pain Care

My experience with this clinic was great! They offer injections to help with your pain and don't just push pills like some clinics. My last clinic had me on so much medication I was tired all the time. They also did some injections that didn't work. The injections that I received from Dr. Marshall have really helped my pain and I have been able to stop some of my meds. I have more energy and don't feel drugged. I highly recommend this clinic if you are serious about controlling your pain.

If you have chronic pain this not the place for you. Dr Marshall nice lady but they do not understand pain at all. 6 months I'm worse off than when I started. You regular Dr can help you as much or more for chronic pain. Had 5 major surgeries on spine,this place simply don't understand 24/7 pain. Wouldn't recommend to people that live daily with extreme pain. Short term pain issues they could help seems that's what they are set up for. Major pain issues highly recommend a place that specializes in chronic pain.

The people who are writing these negative reviews have to be the drug seekers or people who are discharged from the clinic for breaking the rules of their pain contract. They are very strict in terms of their policies, but are very compassionate. I have seen Dr. Marshall and NP Kim. Both are very kind and understanding. They listen to you and adjust your care based on your needs. They treat you like a person not a number. The last pain clinic that I went to gave me too much medicine and I was sleepy and tired all of the time. My treatment here was modified and I have felt better that I have in years. Most people only post reviews when they have something to complain about. I guarantee you that all of the negative reviews here are from discharged patients. I decided to post because after reading these comments they don't reflect the excellent care you will receive from this clinic, and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. I have been a patient since 2013. I have referred several friends and church members to this clinic. All are still patients and happy with their care because they do the right thing, follow the rules, and are legimiate patients.

This is the most unprofessionally ran practice ive ever encountered. As a nurse myself ive never seen people so unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend anyone in pain to go here.

Dr. Marshall is one of the best pain doctors by far. I have had injections by other docs in the past and none have worked as well or lasted as long as the injections she did. She gave me my life back! Now I can enjoy playing ball with my 2 boys again!

Dr. Marshall is awesome!! She really listens to you and really cares for her patients. It is hard to find doctors these days who will go the extra mile for patients. She performed injections in my back which really helped my back pain. My back hasn't felt this good in years!

Dr. Marshall is one of the best doctors that I have seen. She listens to her patients which is a lost art in medicine. She uses electronic charts and you can send her messages directly which is great. She and her staff will go the extra mile to help you. They have strict clinic policies, but that is to weed out the people who are there for the wrong reasons. If you are in pain, Dr. Marshall is the doctor to see. Her schedule fills up fast, but she is worth the wait.

Dr. Marshall is one of the most caring and compassionate physicians that I have ever encountered. She truly cares for her patients and she listens to them. I have suffered from lupus and rheumatoid arthritis for many years. My pain control now is the best that it has ever been. I have been her patient for a few years. Her staff is friendly and helpful. I needed and authorization completed for one of my medications and it was done the same day. I recommend Dr. Marshall to all of my friends and family who have pain issues.

MY DAUGHTER was referred to Dr. Marshall and now she has a Nurse Prac. that will not listen to you and has tried to change her meds that have worked for over a year now, to a daily morphine, which caused her to be unable to function. She recently got custody of her 20 month old gdaughter. That nurse pract and the office staff REFUSE to allow her to speak to Doc. Marshall for any reason, will not allow her to even schedule an apt to speak with Marshall. I don't know if that is even LEGAL or not... Anyone have any answers or know another pain management facility in the JXN, MS area that she can go to, who will listen??

The office staff is rude, nasty, and they have no compassion for you or your situation. I was given the run around between the receptionists and the nurse and I was even called rude by Dr. Marshall herself for wanting to report a mean office worker. I was in more pain from being treated so poorly than I was when I first went to visit. They could ALL use training in proper customer service.
