If you are looking for poor sloppy service and like to wait a long time for work to be completed, the this is the place. I will never return.

Worst place, very arrogant people and incompetent service. I had gone to this place as my car was stalling. I was told that spark plug needed to be replaced along with fuel system tune up and engine maintenance. When they gave me quote I asked if this will resolve the problem and the person assured me that it will definitely. Paid $400 for this repair but car started stalling again within a week. When I went back I was told that now there is another problem and it will cost me another $200. I asked them about their assurance about the first repair which costed $400 their response was threats and complete abdication of any responsibility saying that he (person I was talking to now) did not give that assurance. This place will never get my business and that of my acquaintances. I would have given rating of 0 if there was such an option.

They just have too many "mandatory" inspections they must run before doing anything.. I left there and car seemed to have something new completely wrong with it an I took it back and they said they would have to do an $80 inspection just to check it out again..

I had my car inspected at Firestone MacArthur. It needed new windshield wipers. I asked if they sold them and was told to go to Wal-Mart. I went back to get my sticker after getting new blades and they charged me for the inspection again. I was told I would not be charged. It was a lie. Makes me wonder if no sticker was issued do they get to keep the money. If so, it is a nice way to make some extra income.

I've taken my car here several times and always been satisfied with the service received. As with many service stations, they do recommend repairs/replacements that they feel need to be made to my car, but, they have never been pushy about it and have never tried to intimidate me into purchasing something I didn't need. Most times I already knew the repairs/replacements they were suggesting were needed. They have always been friendly and have been nice about checking out issues with my car without charging me for every little thing. I also appreciate that they are open on Sundays since this is often the only day I have to bring my car in for service.
