Shine In The Heights

I was a very dedicated client to Miriam for almost a year. I met her for the first time because I volunteered to be her model. I put my trust into her as my stylist and I truly enjoyed going to this salon. The atmosphere is wonderful and all of the employees are very friendly. Miriam contacted me today through Facebook explaining to me that she can no longer be my stylist and that I will no longer be able to book appointments with her. I was very shocked because I have been nothing but helpful during her journey from an assistant to a full-time stylist. She explained to me that she felt as though she could no longer make me happy! I was very confused, because if she did not make me happy, then I would not continue to have her as my stylist. This is very unprofessional behavior and I am extremely hurt and disappointed. She was not only my stylist but a friend as well. I do love this salon but after this incident, I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Myself and my mother will not be returning to Shine In The Heights. Too much drama in this salon, I felt like I was back in High School! :-(

I tried Lauren for eyelash extensions frim her special deals. And I was sooo impressed with her craft skill, beautiful lashes, and her enthusiam for her work!

Stylist Meryann really worked with me to get my cut and color just the way I wanted.
