        They were OUT OF NETWORK for my insurance plan, they knew it and had my insurance info, but they DID NOT tell me. I end up pay more than I could have. The Dentisit who treated me, she did not even know if they are OUT OF NETWORK for Metlife PDP. When I brought this up, other Dentists and Staff were rude to me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

        Be aware! This is the first place I have ever been too in my many years of going to dentists where the doctor looks you over and tells you what extra you need before the cleaning. And on top of that they have a finance guy hovering around just over his shoulder to step in and help sink you financially. I felt like I was at a used car lot. Then on top of that they wanted a deep clean? When we left we called our dental insurance and they had no idea of what that is. I was beginning to wonder why they kept calling too reschedule at such short notice...pay for their Christmas with their year end specials? I am glad they were able to "slip" me in while they were taking care of my wife so I could hear all of the things she "needed ASAP".

        the most important thing when you go to dentist to have an appointment and to come on time. but when a doctor come late and the doctor come late and i mean late more than once,that hurt especially you are having some other work to do outside...
