I wouldn't use this doctor again. He was an hour late, sarcastic and rude... Never have I been so disrespected. Some doctor's seem to think only their time is valuable.

Professional

my apt was promt, I never have to wait long. Dr. Barhourst has always listened to me, is extremely professional, and compassionate. I have been coming here for almost 10 yrs and I would not go anywhere. I trust Dr. Barhourst to do all or any procedures. The nurses are extremely kind and polite, as well as the receptionists. All in all, I cannot imagine going anywhere else!

WONDERFUL

Everyone here has been ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! From the time I walk through the door, till the time I leave! It is absolutely all smiles and kind words! When you have been a patient for as long as I have, the girls all become like family. Thank you so much for all you do and all the people that you help feel better! Thank you so much, Brittney

Stay as far away as possible. This doctor is only in it for the money. I had a urinalysis show up weird and it resulted in 5 extra urine tests that charged my insurance over $1,100. The last test the doctor made a nurse watch me give a sample. When the first test came back abnormal I asked if it could be due to my cancer spreading to my pituitary gland. He stated no it's probably just because you are tampering with your test. I assured him I wasn't and repeatedly asked if I needed to get in to see my oncologist. He said I wouldn't worry about it. On the last test (five months later) with the nurse watching me I got a frantic phone call two weeks later. The nurse stated that I needed to get into my oncologist asap because the doctor thought something was wrong with my pituitary gland. I asked why it took so long to let me know this and the response was, because he thought you were tampering with your drug test. I said that even if I was wouldn't you want to be on the safe side and allow me to start trying to get an appointment and have scans done so that you could stop the cancer before it spread even worse and possibly have the ability to get the treatment needed before it was too late? She stated I don't have an answer. After going to my oncologist and getting numerous scans the report came back that the cancer had spread to my pituitary gland, throughout my brain, and to my lymph nodes. They stated if only we had caught this 5 months ago we could treat it. Unfortunately now its too advanced and there are no options other than to put you on hospice. I now have only a few months to live. Thanks to Dr Mark Barhorst I am about to die.
