This is the best customer service, I have ever had. Friendly, caring, reasonably priced. Next day delivery. Was sending a plant to my sister and brother in law in memory of his Gather’s passing. Florist suggested a ceramic piece to add to the garden plants and even sent me a picture. The recipients loved it and my siblings and I are very satisfied. Thank you

I have been a customer of Silk Paradise Florist for about 2 years now. My father recommended me the store, since he has been getting flowers for my Mom for years from them. I ONLY GO TO Silk PARADISE FLORIST FOR FLOWERS NOW, THEY ARE THE BEST. Every time I order flowers be it on a last minute need or planned in advance, I am treated like Family by to two amazing owners. I come in and say work your magic, be it my Mom's Mothers day, my Aunts Birthday, or my Grandmother's recovery in the hospital. I get an amazing assortment that even left my Mom's in tears (She loves the Purple Roses the most). One top of awesome assortments and 15 out of 10 customer service, all my arrangements have lasted much longer than any of the other arrangements from the other shops in the town. If you live in Hoffman Estates and need flowers make this shop you first and only destinations for arguments that will bring joy to those you love in life!

I have been going to Patty for years, since she opened, for my fresh flowers (prom especially, with 3 kids!). She is so personable and is able to send flowers to anyone, the day after I order them. I have never been really interested in silk flowers, since I had so many real plants in my home. Someone gave me a basket of flowers, and for some reason, they died (I have skylights and windows all over my home, go figure!) I replaced the flowers with some herbs, and they died! Now I was getting upset and replaced them with some spring flowers, which also died. I know I don't have a brown thumb, but I just can't keep flowers in that particular container. So I brought it to Patty with a pillow from my living room sofa, with instructions to do "what you know how to do" with the silk flowers. One week later, she called me to come and pick up my container. It was unbelievable! I can't imagine why I waited so long, since they look so real. If you are visiting the area, and want to thank your hosts, this is the place to order from. If you want fresh flowers, which I have ordered frequently, they are incredibly fresh and last more than a week. If you want silk or fresh flowers for your home, I would not go anywhere else.
