Great!

Extremly friendly and terrific service.Nothing bad to say about the service and the people work there.I just got my transmmison oil& filter change from them and the man said it'd take him about an hour and half and he had his worker gave me a ride to home and pick me up! I have never ran into that kind of service before.They just got themselve a life time customer.Looking for a good service and friendly staff? try this place.

This place could have been the...

This place could have been the best auto repair shop I've been to in Vegas until their employees decided to take on more than they could handle. I went in around 11 am to get my A/C recharged to get ready for the summer and since I thought maybe the do-it-yourself kits didn't work and they had their A/C special, ($30) I thought I would give it a shot.



After waiting around for about an hour, the mechanic comes in and tells me that it wasn't the charge, but it was 2 parts that weren't working properly (surprise, another $400). They tell me that it would take about 2 hours to install and since I had my newborn daughter with me, I didn't want to make her (and the other customers) suffer, so I told them I would take her to the babysitter and come back in about an hour.



*I even asked TONY if it was alright that I took her home while he ordered the parts and had them delivered, he said NO PROBLEM





after returning to the shop around 130 PM, they were shocked that I came back and said that they didn't order the parts because they thought I took off and wasn't coming back

TONY said that he didn't order the parts because of that and that he would order them right away







about an hour and a half later, I ask the female about how much longer until my car is ready and since she didn't know, she had to ask TONY.





She comes back and says that he ordered the part about 10 MINUTES AGO and that it would be here shortly



ARE YOU KIDDING?!?! I'VE BEEN HERE FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS AND YOU JUST ORDERED THE PART?!?!

So I wait





and wait





and wait





and finally 330 comes around and I have to reschedule my Mother's Day gift to my because I could not take her to get her massage



I step outside and what do I see? MY CAR IN THE SAME PLACE THAT I PARKED IT







SERIOUSLY!?!?





So I text my wife and ask her after she gets off work to either come pick me up or just wait until my car is ready





she gets there around 445PM and I ask should I go home or should I just stay



TONY said the mechanic said it would be ANOTHER 2 HOURS! But they would "stay as late as possible to make sure all the cars get done BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO COME IN ON SATURDAY!!!!!!!!!!"



WHAT?!??????



ugh



fine.





So I go home and await his call.

6PM rolls around and I get a call



"hey, are you on your way?"





my reply is "no, should I be?"





TONY says "no, the mechanic said it would be ANOTHER 2 HOURS!!!!"



WHAT?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



at this point I am fed up so I just say whatever and call me when it is actually ready





(if you are keeping track of time, my 2 hour A/C repair has turned in to a 5 hour job)



9PM



yes, 9!!!



TONY calls again.





"your car is ready"





I head over there to pick up my car



get there around 930PM



MY CAR IS STILL NOT READY BECAUSE IT IS "HOOKED UP TO THE A/C MACHINE"







WHAT?!



HE SAID IT WAS READY!

another 25 minutes pass and the mechanic finally brings it around the front





so yes, 955PM



my 2 hour job turned in to a 9 hour job



and my $400 parts/labor turned in to a $495 job! WHAT?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?





He said that he "took $100" off because it went over the estimated cost





I'm sorry if you got bored reading my rant but this place is ridiculous and just because the mechanic accepted too many cars and they did not want to work on Saturday.





Pathetic



Inexcusable

I doubt most shops would have stayed open till 10pm or even later to insure our valued customer was able to get his or her car back in the same day. So things happen, without making excuses we did stay after hours and have many a time for our customers but as the saying goes you cant please them all.

Ive had a few problems with my...

Ive had a few problems with my car lately, today I dropped by Autocall to see if they could tell me why my car was making a certain noise. Frank got in the car with me, told me what the noise was and then explained the certain part and how it functioned in the car. I felt like I was sitting there with an older brother, I have had my car worked on by Frank or his employees before and I wouldn't take it anywhere else. Being a female and not knowing much about cars I know I can trust them.

Affordable that You can Trust!!!

Because my car dealer keeps on increaSing the price of the services they do In my car, I asked around work if they can help me find some other place to repair my car. My co-worker gave me Frank's nmumber and voila! I saved $170 for my break repair. If I did it with my car dealer, I would have spent $250!!!



Last week, my husband brought the car to them for a $20,000 mile service. We had extra $70 from the money we saved because they charged us so cheap!!!



THEY ARE GREAT! I USUALLY DON'T ENDORSE BUSINESS EASILY VIA REVIEWS BUT THIS ONE DESERVES IT!!! I'M A BUSINESS MAJOR AND MUST SAY TWO THUMBS UP FOR AN HONEST AND EFFICIENT BUSINESS!

Great Service

I was referred to Frank by a co-worker, at first I was pretty skeptical but after driving over Frank hooked my car up to a diagnostic and told me what was wrong and did not charge me for the service. That sold me ....in the past year I have had several major issues with my Sonota that Frank and Ceci have taken care.of I find them honest and that is priceless in my book!!! Take the time to go over and meet these hardworking people you will not regret it.

Autocall is great! Not only is Frank a very knowledgeable mechanic, he is HONEST!! Good mechanics are hard to find and honest ones even more so, but look no further. Frank Duran and Ceci at Autocall are tops. They handle both of my cars and I cannot be happier. I highly recommend them.

Great customer service!!!

Autocall is the best, i have never had such great customer service, I am a busy person so it is diffuclt to be able to leave my car to get fixed, Autocall picked me up and dropped me off when the repairs were done. I shopped around for prices, Autocall is the cheapest by far! They also got my car washed, it doesnt get any better than that, THANKS AUTOCALL!!!!!

Mechanic you can trust

I was really unsure of who to go to for my vehicle is repairs. Being new here to the valley and hardly knowing anyone made it very difficult to ask around and see who was the best in town! I came to the directory and called around. I called Autocall and just from the customer service over the phone I immediately drove over and had my car looked at. Come to find out all I needed was a tune up. I was worried for no reason at all. Thanks Frank!
