Express Oil

Usually they are very professional, but today was not the case. In the past the have rounded off my lug nut and broke my locking lug nut. Today it happened again, I suggested they might be tourquing them to much. Brandon blew up and said he did not have to check anything. To me something is wrong if this is the 3rd time this has happened to me. When I bought new tires they said the lug nuts were too tight. I was just suggesting that the wrench needed to be checked. Brandon was very unprofessional. I drive from Burlington to Greensboro to go to this store. Sad that employees don't know the meaning of customer service anymore.
