They scheduled my appointment on a day I told them I couldn't be there. About a week before the appointment they called me telling me that they would have to cancel.and couldn't get me in for another month. Ridiculously unprofessional!!! I will be seeking an office where the right hand knows what the left hand is doing!!!

Spectrum Health has absolutely terrible customer service and an awful experience all together. Spectrum has been my doctor for many years, and I am switching doctors.



Whenever I call the Rockford office, I am greeted with an automated service, hold for quite a while (sometimes up to 20 minutes), then transferred back and forth between employees before my basic questions can be answered. I am having a health issue that has required me to see a specialist. My results came back 'normal' and instead of helping me pursue a cause of my chronic pain, they dismissed everything as 'ok' and told me to contact my primary care physician if I have any additional concerns. I called my primary care office and was unable to talk to anyone who could answer my questions or give me any direction. The woman on the phone told me I could either call back next week when the two doctors that could help me are back in office, or leave a voicemail with a nurse who could 'maybe call me back today or tomorrow if they have a chance'.



This is not a one-time occurrence. Customer service is always subpar.

These er drs said they were going to help me and then proceeded to go in the hallway and JOKE with the other drs and nurses. Didn't know the door was open, did you dr? Well, it was you piece of s&$/. DO NOT GO HERE!

Doctors are complete jerks! Especially the er drs. They tell you to your face they are going to help, then they go out in the hallway and JOKE about you with the other drs and nurses. OOPS! Didn't know the door was open dr? Well it was you a{%€~\_. DO NOT GO HERE!

Ok first of all I don't get some of the employees,they get paid 20$ an hour to sit around and talk about their social life,and there's like 10 people waiting to be seen,just don't get it. Most people getting paid that much,should so their job and help people. I am not speaking on every employee,there is a handful.

I wanted to let people know that the hospital is so dirty and it is bad. The rooms dont get clean every well. If you have surgery you will get a infaction from there. they dont clean there cutting stuff every well. That is why people have to stay for longer. i would not let my dog go there.
