Bachelder Master Gunmakers

I am amazed these people are still in business. I brought a shotgun in to them for a simple repair that I lacked the tool to do myself. They told me "It will take 10 minutes". Half an hour later an employee came out from the back and told me they bent the guide rods and needed to order a new slide. After 6 weeks of excuse after excuse for missed deadlines I took matters into my own hands. I found the part with help from a friend then told them where to order the part ( Thinking Batchelders was taking responsibility for their carelessness) , told them it was in fact in stock , and offered to pay for expedited shipping. The slide showed up on time from the vendor. The gun was (sloppily) repaired but I was never called and told it was ready. I was also charged to repair the damage that Batchelders caused. I kept working with them for the last month and a half believing their claims they made that they were going to make things right. These people take poor customer service and unprofessionalism to a new low.

I will never bring my gun back to these people. Not only have they lied to me on more than one occasion. They have officially had my gun longer than I have. Their customer service is awful. The first time I brought my gun there they told me they were waiting on a part from Italy when they just welded the broken part back on and charged me 125 for that crap. after 50 rounds the rod they welded broke geez wonder why. now they have had it snce beginning of march its now the middle of may. NEVER AGAIN WILL YOU GET MY BUSSINESS. YOU SUCK

Amazing speed quality and professionalism. They were quick to identify my problem, offer a cost effective solution and had me out the door in 10 mintues! I will be bringing them all my work from now on.
