We will be offering weekly weight loss challenges and fit clubs to encourage you to stick to your health program and to help you meet your weight loss goals. We will be having an 8 to12 week weight loss challenge that will include: Weekly meetings and weigh- ins Nutritional tips Designated coaches Positive and motivating atmosphere The 24 fit club is a free workout program that will be held once a week for 30 minutes. The 24 fit club work out will include: Warm up stretching Cardio Fat burning workout
