The loss of a spouse is not easy. Being in the same accident in which you lose your spouse is not easy, particularly when there are injured children involved and you are injured too. Prior to June 2015, I was skeptical about using an attorney in situations like this. Due to our accident, I discovered that I was doing myself such a disservice. The biggest advantage I had is that I did not have to worry about any of the hassle with my insurance or third party insurance.
