Zero stars should be an option here! Like others have said RUN! Do NOT contact this company! Unfortunately, I didn't choose this company, they were assigned to me by my home warranty company (First American - another company to run from). I put in for AC problems on Sunday. On Monday I received a call from Fay Heating & AC telling me they could service me on Thursday & I would get a call Wednesday to give me a time frame. Perfect, so far, so good. I take Thursday off work. By Wednesday at 4pm, I still haven't heard anything. I spend the next hour calling only to get a "user busy" notice every time. I finally got through at 5pm. I was told the schedule hadn't been made yet...for the next day! She said she would put me in for between 12-5pm. Great. I get a call at 1pm to tell me the tech wouldn't be able to come today. I nicely told the lady that I had read reviews that this would happen and REALLY hoped it wouldn't happen to me. She said "me too." She said he could come Friday. I told her no, that wouldn't work. She said she'd try to work something out & call me back. An hour later, no phone call. I called them. I was told by Stephanie that the tech's son was in the hospital. After reading previous reviews, no surprise there. Said he could come tomorrow. I told her no. I took off today. Needed someone here today. My children have been without air for a week. She put me on hold for 15 minutes & came back & said can't come today. I called my home warranty company. They called Fay Heating & AC. They were told that tech couldn't come today because had a small job that turned into a big job... Someone clearly has their certifications in lying, not HVAC! I beg of you, do NOT do business with this company unless you enjoy sitting around, in the heat or cold, being jerked around about when someone MIGHT show up at your house!

Here to echo the other reviews. No-call-no-show is common with them. They don't communicate at all and don't seem competent. I'd think twice before I let them touch my house.

Showed up before appointment time and got everything done with care. The gentlemen that came out was very nice and polite. Before leaving they double checked everything to make sure everything was to satisfaction. Thank you.

This company will give you a negative - five star headache. They act friendly to cover up their over booked technicians tardieness. The manager and owner are rude and condescending. I had an appointment at 2:00 and they finally arrived at 7:20 pm. I waited for almost 5 1/2 hours and was told repeatedly they were in the way. When I told the manager my displeasure at having to wait, he implied I was lucky to have such fast service and I was never told they'd be right out. So now I'm lucky to have their service and I'm a liar who's been waiting 5+ hours for one pound of freon. My advice RUN and choose another company! Best wishes!

Good work; but employees do not get paid on time. Some are underpaid for their job tital. Would not work for them!
