Beware of this place before i signed my contract i asked the lady that was helping me if my son would be allowed in the room with me if i bought him a pair of eyewear to protect his eyes and she told me i could because i didnt wanna sign a contract if i couldn't have him. I dont have any family here and my husband is home on weekends so i didnt wanna be paying all that money a month if i was only tanning once a week. Also i found out my mon is having surgery and she lives in ohio and i was gonna be gone 2 months to take care of her and asked if we could just cancel so i wouldn't have to worry about it but they said they could freeze my membership but not cancel but i don't want to be tanning through the winter. Biggest mistake ever is tanning here

Clean beds, but they are too expensive and very pushy with products and trying to make you upgrade. I will change places.

The "owner" doesn't handle customer problems. He leaves that to the undertrained, "cute" female staff members that he "trains to handle customer issues". DO NOT DO AUTO DRAFT because even if you call to check status to make sure that nothing is drafted out - they will still draft if you have your card on file. I called and was told my "freeze" was in place (by one of the staff members who was trained so diligently by the "owner") then low and behold the money was drafted out of my account. When I asked for the owner - who is there with all his lil cute female workers all the time - i was told he doesnt handle customer issues. What a joke. There is a tanning salon on every corner in Fayetteville, AR - SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

Very clean. And customer service is AWSOME! And love the bed's.
