Automedic

Had Automedic replace front brake pads and rotors on my car, 5 months and 14,000 miles later (cars original brakes lasted 3 1/2 years/92,000 m) car began to shutter when coming to a stop, later that day a metal on metal sound began. I took car to the closest Honda dealership and they found the brake pads to have been installed incorrectly, the retaining tabs to be specific, causing heat damage that required the pads and hardware be replaced and the rotors be resurfaced. I contacted Automedic regarding the repair and provided documentation of dealerships findings and repair costs and got excuse after excuse as to why they wouldn't compensate me for cost of repair.

I had the most terrible experience/service done on my car at automedic,took my car in to get my timing chain fixed and they basically broke my car instead of fixing it. I was told it was an eight hour job but it turned into a week then a month.Then it came to the point I had to take my car else where to get it fixed! I will never ever take any of my vehicles there ever again!!!!!!!

Love my shop we have been open since December 2005 , It's been hard road but we are still here and I love helping customers keep there Auto going.
