Everett Floral and Gift

My family received a lovely arrangement for a memorial from Everett Floral. I have ordered flowers from them before and always been happy with them . I will order flowers from them again.

I ordered flowers from Everett Floral for my wedding. I was unsure of having flowers at all but was being gifted them from a friend of the family.The day of the wedding came and so did the flowers. They were all wrong. The bouquet was pink, white, and bright yellow. Not the "peach" and pastel we had agreed upon. AND the altar flowers had big ugly yellow bows on them, not the white I had selected.I wrote that I was disappointed in receiving pink flowers when I requested peach and that the bows were wrong. I also let him know I would not be referring his shop to any of my friends who are getting married in the future because I was dissatisfied.Here is the exact response I received."Dear *****,The roses are peach not pink. Get a color chart.Sincerely,*****"Thisis inappropriate, rude, unprofessional, and uncalled for. He also didn't address the mistake with the ribbon. Whether or not what I received were "peach" roses, he should have handled the situation with more professionalism.
