Virag Jewelers Ltd

In April 2011 I brought my 1973 North Park University class ring to Virag Jewelers for a topaz stone replacement. They accepted it but took forever locaing a simple synthetic stone replacement. Now they have lost the whole solid gold ring. They tell me to foget it, it is only 10K gold and besides they are trying really really hard to find it somewhere in their shop sometime really soon. They are having extreme difficulties locating because the person who had the ring has polio, so that means it cannot be done anytime soon. They have lost the ring and intend to take as long as possible and make it as difficutl and intimitading and embarrassing as possible to ever reclaim my ring. They are telling me to just wait forever, forget it, do nothing. I want my ring back immediately! I wish to deal with genuinely responsible trustworthy jewelers. Thus far Virag has proven themselves only to be thieves.
