Overall

Skip Knoll did an amazing job remodeling the kitchen in my 100 year old house! There were numerous problems due to the age of the home and previous remodeling but Skip's crew worked hard to identify and correct these issues so that my home is now warmer and safer. Their craftsmanship is excellent . Their attitude was summed up by the carpenter who told me one day, "If it's not perfect, it's not good enough." Skip''s crew worked from start to finish on my project with no delays or wait time. I love my new kitchen and would recommend Skip Knoll to anyone who wants a beautifully finished kitchen provided by an honest conscientious skilled professional.

Door Installation/Replacement
Skip Knoll Inc remodeled my bathroom. They converted an adjoining closet into a walk-in shower and replaced the vanity, counter, and floor. This involved plumbing, electrical, tile, and plaster work. They also replaced the flooring in the entry and the kitchen and expanded the entry from the dining area to the kitchen. Several years ago, they converted a three season patio into a year round sun room integrating it into the house. This involved raising the floor 2 steps, installation of windows and doors, insulation, heating, electrical, exterior integration, downspouts, and minor landscaping.

I highly recommend Skip Knoll and his crew for any remodel in your home. We have an older house where nothing is level. From the design to the finish we felt like we were in capable hands. Tom, Justin and Jake had a bit of a challenge with our dining room cabinets due to the unevenness of our ceiling. We are very pleased with the finished custom cabinets in our dining room and the new face of our fireplace. Thanks again guys!
Skylight Repair/Replacement
We just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the work you and your guys did removing the old skylights and repairing the window sills. The ceiling design you came up with is beautiful. The added insulation keeps the room noticeably cooler, and we expect it will be warmer in the winter as well. During last night's heavy rain, we had no leaks- first time in years! We definitely appreciate the quality of workmanship, and the solutions you devised for the too-low sills. Greg is quite pleased with the work- and from someone with his hgih standards, that is unusual. Thank you for helping us with this project. Very happy with the work and the attention to detail- even down to the fact that I found essentially no debris in the garden below. Be sure to let your crew know.
Cabinet Installation
We were very satisfied with the built-in cabinets installed in our home office. They assisted us in designing the project to meet our needs and the crew was professional and friendly when they installed the cabinets. Our highly-skilled employees have longevity, many of them with Skip Knoll, Inc for 15+ years. They are cognizant of 'clean as you go' and minimizing disruption for the homeowner. Our finish carpenters each have more than 25 years experience in their craft and produce amazing detail in their custom millwork for the finishing touches on any project.
Insulation
But our dream project was our master bedroom and bathroom. It was small and close. Skip came in and redesigned it into a beautiful, award winning en-suite. He took some of the wasted bedroom space and re-purposed it into an area with built in drawers with a clothes closet above. He opened the whole bathroom area, put in a beautifully tiled shower and double sink with loads of storage area. Skip worked with us on every step. We added grab bars, a bench in the shower and heated floors. We did run into one snafu. When they were putting in the built in closet, they found mold in the attic because the bathroom ventilation was vented into the attic. Skip arranged to have someone take care of the mold, redid the ventilation and then had the additional insulation sprayed in.
