Where are the pictures of the hair dos you perform?

I have been a client since they opened. For years I had trouble finding a stylist that was consistent in my hair cut. I finally fount Alicia!!! She gives the best cuts. The whole staff is very friendly too. They even offer complimentary hand massages! Highly recommended.

Great place! My fiance recommended me to give them a try and I have no complaints!! Well, maybe one small one... When it came time for my appointment, I walked in as i usually do, but there was no open slot!!! I never got my confirmation call :( Luckily, my stylist Heather (you're great girlfriend) squeezed me in last minute and all was well! The place is very clean, the ladies there are very organized and its a great place to just relax and have time to yourself. Trust me, give it a try and spoil yourself!!!!

This salon is the exact opposite of what Aveda is all about. The customer service, reliability of hair stylists, and overall ambiance of this salon is not Aveda quality. The total of 3 times that I have been to this salon, I have not had the same hairstylist when I had been scheduled with the stylist I wanted. They have horrible communication between employees and customers. I never once received a confirmation call for ANY of my appointments, were surprised with a different stylist each time I walked in for an appointment, and the employees give you an attitude when you have questions, concerns, or complaints. Not a salon I would ever recommend or go to again!

I go to this salon regularly to get my hair done. I hae a great expirience each time and always love the way my hair looks. The staff is nice and helpful. I am also going there for my wedding day and my stylist has helped me pick the perfect hair style.

I would never recommend it to my worst enemy! The owner is very immature and talk as if you are a two year. Very immature staff as well! My hair did not come out thge way I wanted and he wanted me to think my way was wrong! I thought the customer was always right? This will never make it in Elgin!
