Like many I'm busy, so it takes a lot for me to write a review, especially a negative one, but I had such a terrible experience I wanted to warn others.
Protech Appliance Repair Inc. was sent out by our home warranty (Old Republic). A husband wife team showed up, I greeted Debbie and began to explain the issue I was having with my oven temperature fluctuating, but before I could even get the first sentence out of my mouth, she interrupted me and tried to tell me that an oven fluctuating by 100 degrees is normal! I tried again to explain what was going on but this treatment only continued. She was very harsh and rude. Her husband remained silent the entire visit. I told her the problem I'm experiencing only happens when the oven has been in use, but Debbie said if the issue didn't show up on her diagnosis machine then the oven is fine. She also said she cannot touch an oven already heated. So there was no way for me to recreate the problem. A convenient catch 22, but even if this wasn't the policy, I would never allow this company back into our home. I am shocked that they are still in business and that there are any 5star reviews here on the Yellow Pages. (Read the other Google reviews before hiring)!

We have been using Protech since 2007. They respond to service requests quickly and are reasonably priced.

ProTech Appliance responded quickly to complete the job. The price was reasonable and I would suggest them to anyone who needs appliance repair.

Last Saturday I made the gruesome discovery that my 48" fridge was not working. This was after I spent a small fortune at Costco filling it up. So I made the call to Old Republic to send someone out- and they referred me to Protech. Debbie returned my call and assisted me with sending out a tech on Sunday. Our tech arrived on time as promised which is huge in my eyes! He diagnosed the issues as the cold controller as well as the fan. He promised to have someone call the next business day regarding the parts- just as promised I received that call. However per Old Republic it was going to be two weeks! Debbie called and we discussed options as well. We had the parts over-nighted and scheduled the tech to come out again today. So effective today my fridge is back up and working- so it was down 6 days which isn't terrible. Considering the delay was waiting for parts from GE. Great service -- Technician was clean, professional and courteous! Debbie was awesome and so helpful! If I have the need again- I will make that call-less panic striken of course - now that I have found these professionals to help me.

Returned our call moments after calling after 7 at night upon discovery that our refrigerator was not cooling. Began diagnosing problem over the phone, let us know what steps we could take to preserve what was not ruined. Very polite helpful and understanding. After the tech came out to fully diagnosis the problem we called back within less than a half hour with a quote on the price of repair. Customer service was very honest and helpful in letting us know that it was not an appliance worth repairing. They even went above and beyond by answering general questions to help us move forward in our decision on what refrigerator to purchase. Thank you for your prompt, knowledgable, friendly customer service.

Great customer service. Debbie in the office is very nice and has excellent customer service skills. Brad the tech is very knowledgeable and helpful. He repaired our Viking Stove with no problems. I will continue to rely on them for all my appliance issues.
