Dr Cerelli is a great vet

Dr. Cerelli is a great doctor. My entire family and myself bring all of our cats and dogs to him. (We have 7 dogs and 4 cats plus strays that we take if necessary!) All of our pets are documented in the office system which is greatly convenient. The care our pets receive is wonderful! The only reason I put 1 less star for professionalism is because Four Paws is not afraid to show they care and speak to you as a natural human being instead of feeling the need to be coldly formalistic in professionalism. This office and Doctor are amazing! I highly recommend them! (Speaking from about 4 years of experience with their services.)

BEWARE!!!!! I advise everyone with a pet who you love that please DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! I took my cat for a simple surgery (declaw & neutuer) and I got the most cold hearted call saying he had a heart attack and passed away and my cat was perfectly healthy. They did blood work and everything, I would give this business no stars but I had to put something. And I still had to pay $500 dollars what a cold hearted rip off.

I know for a fact that this Vet is the best animal clinic to take your loved pets to, don't let one bad day discourage you from taking your pets there, I would recommend this place to anyone.....And if you think the staff didn't give you good customer service you should let him know don't you think???

I called about an emergency for my cat Monroe and noone evr called me back luckily I found a better place who at least wanted to take care of my emergency!!

I'd been bringing my dogs here for the past four years and was hoping that I would never have to look for a different vet again, but lately the office staff has not only been totally unaccommodating, they're downright rude. And since, unfortunately, one has to go through them, I will not be returning-which is a darn shame since Dr. Cerelli is a good doctor.

I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I showed up at Four Paws with my aging dog. Had never been there before. My wait was short and Dr Cerelli treated both of us like long lost friends. A great experience.
