        I just had a very frustrating experience with this company's customer service. Usually you would expect it from employees, but not the owner. I left a message to have work done, the receptionist said the owner was on vacation, but would call me as soon as he got back. I got no call back for almost a month. When I called them again he said it was because he said was busy & forgot, so he set up an appointment & I took off work to meet with the him, then he didn't show up! After barely an apology, he offered to come right away, but I had to go back to work. When I told them how upsetting this whole thing was, I was told by the receptionist that "everyone makes mistakes". This is very lame & unprofessional & doesn't compensate me for the time I took off. If the initial customer service & communication is this bad, it made me very reluctant to continue to do business with them for the actual work involved..
