They do that so they have the lowest bid and then when there is not enough carpet you are stuck sitting around for hours while they bring the 'extra" carpet. Then when we complained, we were told to "take a hike". Complete scam and fraud under the Colorado Consumer Protection Act. Stay away!! Even their listing on the Secretary of State website is false. Avoid at all costs!! It is a shame that you cannot rate them a "0" star.

I bought carpet from Carpet Mill Outlet in Highlands Ranch. I have to say it was one of the best shoping experiences I have ever had. I had been to other carpet stores such as Lowes and Carpet Exchange that reminded me what it was like to buy a car. The staff at Carpet Mill Outlet treated me with the respect that I feel every customer deserves. They listend to my needs and then found the best carpet for my family and also were able to work within my budget. I would recomend Carepet Mill Outlet to anyone who is looking at buying new flooring. From the time I walked in the door to the time the installers left my house the professionalism was second to none.

We had a terrible experience with Carpet Mill in Highlands Ranch. Very obnoxious sales personnel and managment. Thank goodness Stainmaster stepped in and helped. Go to Weaver Carpets, Carpet Exchange, or any other store that carries Stainmaster but stay away from Carpet Mill.

I needed a rug for my house and found Carpet Mill onlione. They were very knowledgable and their prices were great. I ended up getting my rug and carpet for a couple other rooms in my house. Thanks to John and the staff.
