The Dearbon Sleep Lab

Please don't use this lab! When I called to schedule, the receptionist spoke with extremely poor grammar which left a poor impression. The week of my test, she called to cancel my overnight test. I explained I had already made arrangements to be away from work. She said she did not have staff to do my test. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told the manager was out but I would receive a call back. The next day Terry called. She said there was nothing she could do and was very RUDE. She told me I should have called to confirm my testing! Really, I needed to confirm 4 days before the scheduled date! This facility is not run with professionalism and the manager certainly needs som training on providing customer service. Also, the day staff could use a few lessons in basic grammar! I chose to go elsewhere. (One star is too many!)
