H.M. Lee, D.D.S., M.S.

Stay far away from Dr. Lee and his practice. I would not recommend him to anyone. I had 2 bone graft procedures done by him- both of them failed. Because of his incompetency, I had to have an implant removed, and the procedures performed by him caused me indescribable pain for over a month each time and even retriggered my anxiety & depression. He prescribed me max pain medication & steroids to ease the pain but even that did not help at all. When I went back for my follow-up appointment, he did not bother to take an x-ray or try to see what was going on. Finally, I went to a different oral surgeon to retry the procedure, and was pain free after the first day. I have talked to friends who have gotten similar procedures done by Dr. Lee and they had similar experiences... please do yourself a favor and stay away.

I have an appointment next Monday. I got a call from them two weeks prior to the appt. asking me if I wanted to re-schedule to an earlier time because someone cancelled appt. and they were hoping I could fill in, I said I am going to stick to my original appt.
I got an confirmation call from the office this Monday, then a confirmation text msg on Friday, then a confirmation call again later Friday. I feel like they are worried about some patients cancelling appointments so they keep calling/texting patients without worrying about annoying patients. This is very disrespectable and unprofessional. This will be my last time going there.

Dr. Lee and his staff are wonderful. They are always on time. Always greet you with a smile. I had my implant done and it's a process but they always called me that same day to make sure I'm okay. What I appreciated the most was Dr. Lee called me himself to check on me. I don't know of any drs that does that. I would say he and his staff went way and beyond the norm. His fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

It does not deserve a star!!!Talk about the lack of being professional! I called to schedule a New Patient appointment and advise the girl on the phone exactly what I wanted to come in for- she took all my information and insurance to schedule the appointment. Long story short- I get there, remind you it's my first appointment, the receptionist by the way was nice. I get to the back and was asked 3 times reason for my appointment. Then Dr. Lee comes in and ask me again. He tells me he is not a general dentist and does not see pt for regular check ups- really! So why stay there right? Then he rudely tells me he does not even know whats going on since he has not looked in my mouth, what do you want to do, stay or leave it's up to you? He made me feel so uncomfortable and belittled

SO by then, I want to leave. I get out of the chair, walk to the front and tell the dental assistant I want my medical records- she then removes them from the counter top thinking it is gold and has to hide them from me- ugh remind you, MY MEDICAL RECORDS lady!

So the receptionist ask me what happened- I told her and by that point I felt like crying. Then some random lady who did not even introduce her self tells me she was standing over the girl who took my appointment, so basically she was trying to say I was a liar and knew this doctor does not do general dentistry- I told her I didn’t have time to argue with anyone this early in the morning ( it was only 9am) she stood there asking me why???? Really!!!!!! I advised them to delete my records from their system and shred my chart and no claims better be sent to my insurance! I work in a doctors office and have never in my life been treated so awful, especially being a new pt!

I left in tears, that’s how upset I was.....it was the worse experience in my life to be treated so cruel- especially being a new patient....................
