Ruby Massage

This place is under NEW management and goes by the name of RUBY MASSAGE. Very professional and warm environment. There is a slight language barrier among staff, but they make you feel right at home. I especially like the couples massage service they offer. If you're looking for a LEGITIMATE spa and LMT then this is the place for you.

This place was a joke. I get reflexology done at least once a month. I really wanted to go somewhere closer to home and hopefully save a little extra cash.

The prices are about the same as a high end spa. I told the lady I wanted an hour of reflex for their cost of $45.00. She refused to do the whole hour saying it was going to be $60 for 30 mins of reflex and 30 mins of full body. I was persistent and she finally agreed. I gave her $60 and said I'll tip her after. She walked away and put all of the money in her pocket. I already had a bad taste in my mouth so I changed it to just 30 minutes. I waited 10 more minutes for her to return to begin my message, still with none of my change in hand. Little did I know, those 10 mins of me just sitting there counted towards the actual time of my reflex session.

That's just the start of this train wreck. 15 minutes into the foot rub I realized why she only wanted to do half the time I actually wanted. She had no clue how to do reflexology. She very gently rubbed my feet back and forth and spent more time on my calves than anything.

I finally just asked her if she was aware that what she was doing was not reflex at all. She apologized and said she was sorry that she didn't know how. I asked for a full refund and she refused. I was in shocked. This lady confessed to not knowing how to do it and I still had to pay.

Then on top of all this, at the end when I was asking for at least my change back that she pocketed, she tells me "oh actually you were here for 45 minutes!" So I'll just give you $15 back. I threatened to call the cops, so she gave me $30 back.



TLDR: I ended up paying $30 anyway for a bunk reflexology session.
