Honest Accurate Auto Service East

f 2 Reviews I have gone to these people off and on for the past 2 mos. Each time I went in I felt they were over charging me for their services. I believe the quality of service is only fair the cost is extremely high with a customer service department that treats you like you don???t have anywhere else to go. . I personally do not do business here anymore. I have been going to other places that treat me better and understand money doesn???t grow on trees. Not to happy with the service at this location. First off they were over twice as expensive. Then after leaving the shop I noticed my engine light was still on, problem not solved. I have been driving the car all over town with it on because of lack of money.

Very friendly and helpful. Took time to show what needed repaired. Dealer had car for 8 hours and couldn't find problem. These guys found it in less than 30 mins. My new mechanic.

October 13, 2011I just had to write a quick letter of Thanks & Appreciation for the workmanship at your shop. I brought my 1994 Toyota Pickup in for service, Paul Pharris was the technician. Paul worked some kind of magic on my "old truck", it drives now like it is five years younger!!! I told my daughter how pleased I am with your business; she was really sad that she had just recently had her Toyota worked on at another shop!
