Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I usually don't write reviews but this situation had me livid. I frequent this location a lot and have always have great service but today I pulled up at 8:26 and the door was locked. The store hours clearly said 8am as it is posted on the front door. So I call to see if they were open. The lady said yes we're open, I informed her that the door was locked. Her response "yes I know!" I immediately hung up because I was upset. As a business, you should always have your doors open at the posted time. A few minutes after is okay, but almost thirty WHOLE minutes? completely unaccaptable! I'm not sure if I'll ever come back but hopefuly this doesnt happen frequently because that's a sign of bad business!

This is the worst tropical smoothie I ever been too. I went there this morning. There was no line. No one was there I ordered a paradise point only. It took me 18 minutes to get one smoothie. Everytime i go there the service and smoothies are bad. Its funny when I go to the tropical smoothie on victory blvd. the smoothies taste declious. I can taste the fruits its always sweet. Every time I come to this one on Portsmouth blvd. It taste horrible. Not enough fruits its not sweet. I suggest you get training in making smoothies and good customer service. I will not be attending this store anymore.
