Hydro Proof Homes

WARNING: Ty M. Haughn is dissolving his company, Hydro Proof Homes, LLC, to avoid paying a judgement. His workers caused approximately $2,600. in damage to my property 10-2018. As he refused to pay for all damages, I was forced to take him to court. His response was to hire an attorney. 4 court dates and 9 months later, 7-2019, I was awarded a judgement. Still refusing to pay, I offered a payment plan which he accepted, then breached because I refused to take less than the ordered judgement. As of this date, 1-2020, my damages remain unrepaired. He has assaulted me by name calling, told me to “go to hell”, threatened to take me to court for defamation as I share my experience, accused me of extortion for trying to collect the very money he owes me. And to add insult to injury, the original roof repair he was hired to do ($1,100.) was found to have shortcuts and a LEAK. FYI...not his first judgement. Save yourself time, money, stress by making sure the business you hire will be responsible for their actions.
