Monterrey Mexican Restaurant

The food was okay and the service was horrible. Most of the staff was sitting in the bar at the tables watching the Panther Game. I left my cell phone there and went back to get it. Nobody had sat in the bar and the bartender game me the leather case and said that they didn't know where the $400 Cell phone went. I called back 3 hours later and nothing was turned in.I got passed along to about 6 different people because half of them could speak English. The staff is dishonest and shady. I am never eating there again and would not refer anybody there.

Monterrey's is the best restaurant in Charlotte! They have great food, great service, and great prices (for both food and drinks). Their queso cheese dip is the best you'll ever have; my husband and I are practically addicted, we have to go there at least a few times a month to get our "Monterrey's Fix." I very highly recommend Monterrey's!!!! They have several locations in Charlotte and the surrounding areas, all of them are great, but if you can go to the Park Road location, it's the best. CHEERS!
