How could you improve... Let's see. MAYBE BY NOT KILLING YOUR PATIENTS!!! Mac Wapinsky died after being in your care. You neglected him. You were dismissive. You didn't have the proper equipment to treat him. Because of your neglect, even though he was taken to another vet, it was too late to save him. He could have lived, if not for you. PLEASE don't take your pets to this vet. They are irresponsible, and you might have your babies die in their care.

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW TO UNDERSTAND THIS REVIEW My pets were patients here in the past, then I moved away. Dr. Hill was fantastic, and always went above and beyond because he cared for his "patients". ( 5 STARS) Today, (a Saturday) I had an emergency, my vets had already left for the day and the receptionist was unable to reach them to come back, so I went to Dr. Hill's office since he was still open. My cat, who dr Hill had never treated, was in pain and possibly had a serious condition and the receptionist...a very rude, uncaring, unsympathetic young blonde lady told me I could have an appointment Monday. Or she could refer me to an office quite a distance away and they may be able to see her. NOT ONCE did she offer to speak to Dr. Hill, nor did she look me in the eye. I asked about the local emergency clinic and she wrote the address on a sticky note and gave it to me. I had to ASK her for the phone number!!! I hope Dr. Hill sees this review. This is not how I remember his office. He has a great reputation and it would be a shame if this woman would be the cause of a change in that. Rating today...ONE STAR

I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Hill for nearly twenty years and I had a rabbit for about five that he took care of--he is always very caring, handles "my kids" gently, and is very knowledgeable. His office staff is the best. I have never had a problem there and would recommend them to anyone with a pet they care about.

This clinic has a friendly, small town atmosphere. Dr. Hill clearly loves animals and is compassionate and caring at all times. His prices are very reasonable and I don't feel pressured into having extra testing, etc performed. His staff is also gentle and friendly.

The hours of operation for Tuesdays are from 9 am to 5 pm. M/W/Th/F are correct. I do not see anywhere to submit an error report on this website.

We recently left our two small dogs at this clinic. We brought their crate with four blankets in it because it is their "safe place". We picked our two dogs up after a 6 day stay and they smelled terrible. The blankets in their crate smelled terrible as well. We keep their food in a special container to keep it fresh and when we got home we noticed that 3/4 of the food was gone. This food usually lasts about a month! Both dogs were vomiting and had the runs. One of the girls there told us one of the dogs had the runs but wasn't sure which one. (real good care?) When we got home we immediately gave both pups a bath and washed the blankets we left with them at the clinic. Both pups had dried poop all over their bottoms where it had rundown on them from the runs. We called and spoke to the owner who said she would call us back in a couple of hours. Four hours later she called us back with a list of excuses. She said the crate was never used. We called them and handed them the crate which

I need your help!!! I haven't been able to find my cat Smokey for over 2 months. I was staying at my wifes house in Deer Run for a few days before the 3 cold fronts came through, that's when she went missing. I don't remember the date but it was on a Thursday before the rains came. She is a small cat mostly black, tan and a white chin. I'm hoping that someone took her in because of the storms and hopefully they took her to the vet to get checked up. She wasn't fixed and I think she was knocked up at the time she went missing. Dr. Hill is a caring and compassionate Vet. We have been taking our pets to him for annual check ups and for a few other services for almost 20 years now. I personally think he's a little high on his xrays but everything else is very reasonable. All the other folks that work there are also A-1 1st class folks. They all will do everything possible to help in difficult times too. I feel they are very honest and wont try and sell you something thats not really needed. He will explain all the options, etc.
