Morelos Transmission

This is the second time that I've used transmission Xpress and both times I've been fully satisfied. There professional courteous and on time I would definitely go there again and recommend anybody to use their services

It is tough to find a good shop in the Seattle area, so I am glad I found this shop online. They had great reviews so I decided to give them a shot, it was evident as soon as I got there. Great customer service... Issues were diagnosed quickly and they let you know various options before getting your transmission fixed. I even received pictures of my damaged parts which is unheard of. They communicated very well with me and my quote price never changed. I will definitely be a repeat customer bc they gained my trust. These guys are such professionals they got the job done fast and right. I'm glad there are still honest shops out there.

Excellent customer service. I brought my 08 Dodge Caravan in, not sure what was wrong with it and they were so thorough and professional. Even after I decided my vehicle wasn't worth fixing, they were still helpful in getting me a rental car and towing my car away. I wish I would've found them sooner. Definitely would recommend them and will go there in the future.

Montana! He is the man to talk to there! He exceeded all our expectations with his excellent communication, attention to detail and honesty. Our transmission was fixed quickly and for less than we were quoted elsewhere. It's never fun to drop that kind of money for car repairs but working with a quality person like him made all the difference. I would refer everyone to him and the crew there!

My transmission on my Saturn SL2 started leaking really bad. Took it to a local garage and they said it was the front pump seal and quoted $1500 to repair it. I called around to several places locally finding similar prices. I then found the website for TransmissionXpress, called and spoke with Robert who was very personable. You could tell immediately he was genuinely interested in helping you out. We discussed options and for accomplishing the same work I discussed with local garages they only quoted $500. After several more conversations they had my business. Once they got into the actual work they discovered a hole in the front transmission housing that required a replacement housing. They called me, we negotiated and they were very fair on pricing. I negotiated some additional work I wanted done since the car was being dismantled making the work easy to do for them and they were able to do it all. Nice job! Car runs great and they offered to pay for half the towing since I live in Shoreline and they are in Burien. Keep up the great work!

Great place!!!! They did an amazingly quick job on my transmission. I had spent over $1000 dollars at Sound Ford in Renton and ended up with a worse situation then I started with. I saw their ad online and because my budget was low I decided to give it a go. They rebuilt my tranny and gave me a warranty. The job was done a day earlier then quoted. My only complaint was it didn't look like they used paper car mats on my floor. But all in all my car runs smoothly, it was fast and WAY cheaper than anywhere else. THANKS GUYS!!! I would us this shop again in the future if I have any problems with other cars.

Jorge is an awesome honest great guy. Great with advice and fixing my cars. Also the prices are really good too. I'll endorse him to anyone as well.
