I would like to tell my experience dealing with this business. I was recommended by a friend so i got in touch with them. I was assured that my dog would be taken care of in the best of ways. I let him stay one night on a trial basis. MY DOG HAD NEVER BEFORE BEEN IN A CAGE OR BEEN AWAY FROM ME so I was very concerned about his welfare. I was told $30.00 per day and to bring him in at 6:30pm that night on a Monday so I did was told that my dog would be alright. I said I would pick him up at 10:00 am the next day. The next day I texted one of the owners and said i had something to do so I would pick my dog up later on that day. He texted me back saying I would be charged extra for that. I thought that I had paid for the whole day from the night before so what I did was go and get my dog got there at 10:45am took my dog home. I texted the owner letting him know what I did and said I would pay for the 45 extra minutes He said it was alright. I felt then that it was all about the money with Him an asked Him to give me a written agreement stating just what my cost would be for nine days boarding He agreed but I never got that. The place was smelly and I didn't like the thought of leaving my dog there but it was days before my cruise and too late to try and find another place that I would have felt better about. From 8/9/16 till 8/17/16 my dog was left in their care. On the 17 of August i got a call from one of the owners at about 10 am he said he was checking to see when I would be coming in because He wanted to be there when I came I told Hi by 10:30 am He said my dog was getting a bath when I got there and saw my dog He looked skinny and weak. I was told that my dog had sores on His legs front and back and was given some medicine to spray on the wounds I asked what happened He said something about my dog wouldn't lay on the cover pad so laying on the hard floor caused His sores but that He will be alright just spray the medicine on it. Well I paid the bill and left. I wasn't happy at all when i got home I checked my dog out by rubbing him allover and discovered He had hard lumps on His butt area i took him to my Vet. two days later and was told that my dog had His waste stuck to His body back there and He cut it off with a razor and gave mr some ointment to rub on it and the other wounds. I went to the pet store with my dog to show the owners my dog and to explain to me in more details what happened and i was given an explanation which I want go into at this time but the one owner basically said that they took good care of my dog and that these things happen sometime to dogs on their first visit and that everything was done to accommodate my dog offered to have their vet to look after Him as needed. I left the store thinking never would I bring my dog to that place again and wouldn't encourage anyone else to board their animal there. Never did they offer to pay my vet bill or refund any of the money I paid them. It was a learning experience for me that I will never forget. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! THATS MY STORY AND IT'S THE REAL DEAL

I give only one star because the puppies were so cute but the place was smelly and very unkept. The people that work there seem like they were in their own world. I don't know if I should my puppy from there

This Pet shop is an amazing place to go. They dedicate all there time to each customer. The employees are very knowledgeable about the animals and they give many varieties of the supplies. When I bought my dog here it was amazing. The dog was at his very best and we always went back to show him off and how good he was. I recently started the dog training with them too, and so far its been great.

I bought a dog at this pet store that was ill with Kennel Cough. Upon doing research I discovered that selling a dog with Kennel Cough violates the Lemon Law and that I was entitled to a full money back refund. Management at this pet store gave me an extremely hard time returning the animal and did not refund me the money spent on vet visits to help the animal. I was extremely dissatisfied with management and the business in general. I would not recommend anyone doing business with this establishment.
