        Overall

        Bad manager, bad stylist. I paid for two colors, one of which washed out within weeks. Their reply was that it fades, come back they'll do it again. Their corporate office never responded to my complaint. 6+ hours and too much money later...I will NEVER go back into one of the SmartStyle shops. I'm telling everyone I can about my HORRIBLE experience. Buyer beware!
