The ambiance was flexible extending to my child enjoying the outing to a relaxing atmosphere for us adults. The food was delicious; however, I wouldn't even think of caloric value as every thing was rich and slathered in butter! The only disappointment we had was that their 'key lime pie' was more of an over-glorified custard with whipped cream on top - they should have labeled it something other than that which they did. Close to home and friendly staff!

Provided by DexKnowsThis restaurant has amazing food. The choices are limited. The bar menu is incredible. The value menu prices are quite reasonable (portions are smaller, hence the term "value menu"). The manager of this restaurant is professional and approachable at the same time. Very diverse crowd. Outstanding customer service.

Provided by DexKnowsThis is my Family's favorite restaurant. We go there all the time. The daily specials are fab, though I'm particular to their Jambalaya! I know it's not as traditional (served with rice) and is served with penne pasta but the spice combination is wonderful. Next time in give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Provided by DexKnowsA "cobbler" with a tough, cardboard-like, inedible pastry cover, fluted around the edges like a pie, and with a gelatinous filling, obviously more gel than berry, plus indecipherable added flavors -- is NOT a cobbler. This is gross misrepresentation, let alone awful cooking. McGrath's would do better to stick to fish dishes and leave desserts to those who know what a dessert should be like.Upon sharing this information with friends, I have received exact responses: good fish; abysmal desserts. Get a clue, or a sous chef, McGrath's.

Provided by DexKnowsWhen we're looking for seafood, we often go to McGraths. It's not a place for a fast meal, but the service is good and the food is never disapointing.

Provided by DexKnowsWhen McGrath's first opened it was great. Things have changed and it shows in the food quality and in the service. I ordered a meal with a lobster tail. When it FINALLY showed up it had entrails on it and smelled of ammonia. No one came back to check on us for a half and hour, (I know I timed them). The management even said that this was not fit to be put on a plate but offered no apology. Not going to go there anytime soon,(if ever).

Provided by DexKnowsThis is our families' favorite seafood restaraunt. It has great seafood, fish and even selections for those that want a little less "sea" in their food. The selections are diverse enough for our family of 7 to find something that everyone likes. Great food at reasonable prices. It can get busy fast. Try it for lunch or an early or very late dinner.
