        dropped my car off for servicing in the morning; they didn’t look at it all day, didn’t call with any updates, and didn’t answer any of my calls; went to get the car shortly before closing, and they asked for more time; then, they STILL didn’t look at it, didn’t call either, and then closed up shop for the weekend! They offered NO apology at all when I went back for my car/keys, so I’ve taken my business elsewhere
