Excellent service. Convenient...they installed windshield at my office. Courteous technician . I have had glass for 2 months with no leaks!!

Richard from "budget auto glass" at least that's the name on the web when his number is googled as oppose to a totally different name on the half receipt he gave me after "repairing" my window he states he miscalculated it'll be 100$ more than quoted. After refusing to pay the additional he states he miscalculated again it'll be the original quotes price. Anyway a job that was supposed to take 30 minutes took 8 days & my sensors in my glass still do not function properly and the adhesive is melting & very sloppily done. After telling him I was very dissatisfied & found him & the convicts he brought with him to be very dishonest. I say convicts bc his excuse for 1 of the 3 appointments he missed "no call no show" he stated his tech was in jail for speeding tickets so he didn't have anyone to help him fix the glass. The same tech he asked on day one if he could drive my car around the corner to a shaded tree to fix the window, I declined not knowing the apparent warrants for his arrest. He also stated on our 2nd encounter that he knew it wasn't connected correctly bc he couldn't get the cover to fit however he never told me he couldn't get it on properly & it was hanging off, he simply took my cash and handed me a "receipt" with a lifetime warranty for cracks and defects. Which he has not upheld after calling me a female dog and saying he's not coming back to fix my car while cursing and nearly running over my foot as he sped out of my driveway... The only thing these dishonest & incompetent men are good for is apparently speeding & breaking the law... By not keeping word of contract... Terrible Service provided. I wouldn't let them fix the window in my dog house, nevertheless ever touch my car again. I will call Safelite for any future repairs a Real corporate Business who will uphold contracts & garuntees versus some "shade tree mechanic posing as a real business online" & check out their website its some cheap 29$ add with no real links to anything just the telephone number to have these idiots come to your home halfway fix your car, try & cheat u, lie & deceive you, disrespect a 26 yo female who's young enough to be their daughter, and provide sloppy work... Wish I'ld seen a true online review of this company before contacting them. Maybe I can save even one person their hard earned money so that they can spend it elsewhere. I'll be happy & I wish I could post pics of these men bc I took them as they were "fixing" my windshield. I would persue legal actions but it's not even worth the civil court fees to file, plus everyone uses the Internet & if even one customer is detoured away I am rewarded for my honesty.
