Both my husband and I went to see (both) doctors at various times. We had to go back again and again, because the prescriptions were just off. My husband's especially (he is diabetic, which affects the eyes).
And don't get me started on the glasses. While the two ladies who operate the store are very nice, I was never and still am not happy with the glasses I received. As somebody else already mentioned, they are very expensive, and the pair I chose just plain SUCKS. I have gone back (fortunately, we live close by) I-don't-know-how-many-times to get the screws tightened (and my husband tightened them many times in-between). No effort was made to get the problem fixed permanently. They just kept tightening every time I went. That's it. As a result of constantly having loose and not properly fitting glasses, I have huge indentation on the bridge of my nose and have even developed some permanent skin tags as a result.
The last time I was there, I told them that this is the last time I will ever come again unless they can do more than just tighten the screws. Needless to say, nothing...
Neither my husband nor I will ever go to that place again or recommend it to anyone. It doesn't matter how nice the people are, if they are incompetent, and the customer does not receive a good product.

I have only made purchases here, so I can't really speak about the doctors or appointment wait times, but I found the staff I dealt with to be very friendly and helpful. I had the same question about the "returned check fee" listed on my check receipt (it is not an actual charge!), and they explained that it was listed there to inform you of the extra charge that would be run if the check did not go through - the card/check machine prints it on there and they can't do anything about that... it does look a bit confusing, as if you've already been charged that extra amount (as I said before, not the case), so I imagine they are asked about it quite often. I really don't understand why someone would consider it so awful to have a question answered truthfully. What were they supposed to do? Lie? That possible fee IS in case the check bounces, and personally, when I asked about it I appreciated getting a truthful answer rather than a lie or an "I don't know". No one's suggesting that anyone's check will bounce. They are merely answering the question asked of them! No reason to take offense to that!
That being said, I did find the atmosphere in there a bit... quiet. I think if I was going to see the doctors there, I would definitely need to bring my iPod along to combat the awkward silence. And it is a bit unnerving that the front desk is so open - I'd prefer not to have everyone in there hear all of my personal business, and it's SO quiet in there you can't HELP but hear everything!
Anyway, as I said, I can't speak for the quality of the doctor's services or wait times or anything like that, but I just wanted to speak up for the staff I HAVE dealt with, since I had an experience very relevant to that other review. I just don't think it's fair to accuse someone of poor service for merely answering a question truthfully!
