        Overall

        These movers were hired by United Mayflower Storage Containers to pack a unit for transport to another state. Biggest mistake ever. Not only was most of the furniture damaged upon arrival, but Buehler refused to return my numerous phone calls, letters, and e-mails. Terrible customer service; even worse packing skills.

        Watch them like a hawk!

        I used Buehler Moving and Storage Co. in April 2010 to move from Denver, CO to Maryland. All appeared to be going well until I discovered that the movers had packed numerous pictures that they were told NOT to pack. Buehler took over a month to get those pictures returned to the ex in Colorado - and then I had to take them to UPS myself. When I discovered two more pictures that the movers had moved in error Buehler refused to fulfill their professional responsibility and return them. Now I have to pay to ship them back to Colorado - after having paid Buehler to pack and ship them when they were expressly told not to!

        Avoid this company

        Many, many things damaged. I paid for insurance- they will not replace what they broke. They do not answer emails or return phone calls. What a waste of our money- family heirlooms now gone.

        Please check out their Better Business reviews- if I had I wouldn't have used them.
